As of Nov 18, the crane is still not in place. The crane that was to be installed on Nov 4, was for the pump.

What project is taking place of 50 site as it dug out now??

The site has been stalled for months as they don't have a permit to erect the crane for the site. Not sure how that could have happened. They have an open site and are waiting for a permit to erect the crane so they can finish the big raft footing and townhomes off of Dundonald.

[The property on Dundonald] is a part of 50 Wellesley development. As the report says, "site it is recommended that the qualities of scale, massing and landscaping identified in these properties built c1909 be maintained". A block of Semis facing the street and a block of townhouses in between the semis and the tower are planned. The developer probably saved themselves digging another floor or two deeper to satisfy the parking needs.

IMO, Nuts.

Its been about 6 weeks since the base of the tower was ready for it.

The concrete pump is in place for some weeks already.

Something small could have been built on Dundonald than a parking base. Just what we need is more parking and cars for a city that can't deal with cars today. Need to reduce the parking standards more considering how close you are to the subway and the Wellesley bus.

Would have been interesting but I did not. Someone on Reddit said their friend took the picture.
