Two 6-storey residential buildings proposed in the rapidly growing south/southwestern area of London, near the intersection of Wonderland and Wharncliffe. 160 total units are proposed with 80 in each building, both having a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. The proposal includes 1 vehicle parking space per unit plus 4 accessible spaces, as well as 236 proposed bicycle spaces (although I think this is mostly just unit lockers?)
The site is located very close to the south commercial strip on Wonderland, yet unsurprisingly it's basically impossible to walk or even safely bike there (or literally anywhere else useful) as of right now.
