Looks like it would fit in quite well. That's one of the few buildings on that stretch of Wellington that I could live without.

Also can we fix the title of this thread? It's Wellington Street, not Wellington Avenue.
 
No one is mentioning the 2 beautiful flowering almond trees in front of the present building at 504 Wellington W. that
would probably have to be cut down. Or the narrow laneways that will have to deal with increased traffic.
