The latest submission here proposes 20 & 15-storey residential buildings and 2 x 3½-storey townhouse blocks.

Applications were appealed on non-decision and are scheduled for their first Case Management Conference at the OLT tomorrow.

OLT has reached a settlement deal. A non-decision appeal. Application was 429 units two tall buildings (20 and 15-Storeys) and some stacked townhouses
