Wasn't this building supposed to be taller than Nobu? The title of the thread has 47 stories, vs 45 stories for Nobu. But the building is no taller.

This is what timeless architecture looks like, and they don't even promote it as such, unlike the scattering of cheap, unimaginative, spandrel-clad projects around town advertised as timeless by other developers

'Storeys' is a nebulous term when defining building height since various floors are programmed differently and will result in different overall building heights. As approved, this is 155.5m and Nobu is 156.66m - only a meter or so difference between the two despite being "two storeys" taller'.
