It wouldn't surprise me if this building could end up looking far better than the supposedly eminent one being being built next to it. But again, The Devil will be in the materials they'll slap on this.
 
Living on this block must have been a nightmare the past couple of years. Between this one, Nobu, 357 King, King Blue, Maverick and Bisha, it's crazy how many new people are planned for this small area of the city.

I know I’m an opinion of one and I’m a fan of construction but I’ve been here for almost 5 years and I really haven’t mind. I more so miss the nightlife that’s left Mercer. And hate the inordinate amount of dust that’s always in my unit.

But other than that, it’s a growing city, people need places to live. I’m okay with it.
