i have a good feeling about this one. Centrecourt and IBI have done some decent work together and it looks like there's a clear direction regarding the concept for this one (industrial/loft aesthetic).
In a just world, I hope this ends up looking far better than its neighbour. And without the A-List actors breaking champagne over it.

These days, I find myself getting more excited for new buildings to cover up whatever disaster it sits next to rather than the new building itself.

Toronto architecture is in a sad state (for the most part)
