Good to see some intensification efforts around these under-built parts of Lawrence West within walking distance to the subway station.

This whole stretch of Lawrence Ave West needs to be intensified. How it has escaped intensification efforts, while areas like Marlee have been seeing a large increase in development proposals is really beyond me.
The scale here is appropriate, unlike the heaping mass that's been proposed 500 metres to the west.

Indeed, there's literally swaths of bungalows along Lawrence block after block around here. The east side of the Allen Road remains proportionately more underbuilt compared to the western counterparts.
