The new rendering is updated in the database. The information is changed from 19 storeys to 13 storeys. Height changed from 73.76m to 46.10m. The total unit count was reduced from 178 units to 95 units. Finally, the total car parking spaces are reduced from 25 car parking to 3 car parking.

The information is taken from the architectural plan via Rezoning.

I'm seeing this very consistently with applications in Cllr Saxe's ward.

Be interesting to see how this pattern works out. I assume the desire would be to fill in new/expanded parks proposed in TOCore.
