The website has been taken down, as well as the billboard on site a while ago and is now a surface parking lot. So it doesn't look like the developer, which I believe was Main & Main, is going through with developing this into a 3-storey restaurant/retail building.
This property would be great combined with Hines' recent development proposal on 64-86 Bathurst St. Even better, they could also acquire the 3-storey commercial building next door (675-679 King St. W.) as well.

This site appears on Trinity Group's portfolio: http://www.trinity-group.com/property/king-bathurst-southwest-corner/

Seems to be getting underway.
Some confused drivers pulling up wondering who took their free parking spot away.

Looks like it could also be parking lot shut down by the city as they do not have a hard surface, lines, lighting etc.

Cost justification between compliance and monthly revenue...
