Was hoping earlier than 2023 construction start for that bleak site to be redeveloped but oh well

New renderings are updated in the database. The project information is also updated in the database. The overall building storey count changed from18 & 13 storey to 18 & 11 storeys. The overall building height changed from 60.91m & 43.25m to 62.32m & 41.70m. The total unit count decreased from 319 units to 269 units. Finally, the parking space count decreased from 31 to 25 parking spaces.

The renderings are taken from the architectural plan via the Rezoning application:

This was one of the huge number of zoning applications approved at July's marathon City Council meeting. An SPA submission in October brings these two renderings with it, now added to the database file:

No colour… but at least the window modules are fun. I wonder with which chain Manga intends to affiliate this hotel.

Tower is fine, the way it meets grade is terrible.
