A proposed 37-storey mixed-use condominium, office, retail and POPS development designed by Hicks Design Studio for Ironpoint Capital Management (operating as "1000188251 Ontario Inc") on the northeast corner of St. Paul Street West and McGuire Street in Downtown St. Catharines.
In July 2022, council approved the Community Improvement Plan (CIP) application allowing the proposal to proceed.
This would be the tallest building in the City of St. Catharines and the first in the city to implement geothermal energy.
