Checked out the store today. It looks like a 3 storey building from outside, but there are only 2 floors inside.

They are still working on a third floor in the southwest corner that is intended for a doctor's office.

Looks wonderful, especially in its attention to the streetfront (often undercooked, i.e. on 5 St. Joseph's restored storefronts).

I hope more properties on Yonge are restored in this manner.

Agreed, it's excellent.

I have to give Shoppers a lot of credit for some excellent heritage restoration work - they did a fantastic job with the old Runnymede theatre too.
