It's oddly neo-brutalist (my term, I think, LOL)

It's got that design aesthetic to it; but with a bit more window, and some warm-toned material to take the edge off.

I don't mind it.

Though .....I kind wish the floors matched their neighbours height-wise; meaning 2nd floor at same height across, 3rd floor etc.

Hmmm... this site appeared on the "Concept 2 Keys" list at Committee today - which usually means that it includes an Affordable-Housing component..?
