This new development includes 5 mixed use buildings with ground level commercial space and 405 condominium apartments, and a small 1 storey amenity centre. It was approved in 2014 to be built in 5 stages for each building A-F. However there was no activity until 2021, when a new developer applied to reduce the heights of buildings A-D to 2 storeys from 4, and allege that building E was approved to be 5 storeys not 6 (the minimum height specified in the 2014 decision report). Construction progress shows simultaneous work beginning on original phases 2, 4 and 5, and the revised site plan not being accepted with building D already at 4 storeys.
