Proposal for a 23-storey, 190-unit residential unit building with ground floor retail for 7800-7890 Hurontario Street in Brampton, a few hundred metres south of Steeles Avenue.

The development would replace a gas station and auto repair garage, and is half way between two stops on the future Hurontario LRT. It is in accordance with the city's long-term plans for growth in the Steeles-Hurontario/Main area, which also includes the redevelopment of Shoppers World, so it is recommended for approval at the March 7, 2020 Planning and Development Committee meeting.

A numbered company is behind the proposal.
