The new height changed from 119.85 m to 120.00m. The total storey count increased from 36 to 37 storeys. The total unit count changed from 383 units to 448 units. The total parking space count was reduced from 139 parking to 81 parking.

Fengate has taken bad architects and gotten them to deliver decentish things in Hamilton, so I'm not overly negative on this one. It won't be good either though.
 
It's all bland, grey and spandrel...and that's up from the sexed up renders. They should add "Abandon all ye hope!" to the signage... >.<
 
Guess that's what happens when you work with WZMH, they've got no dignity.

Fengate could actually make it look half-decent if they spend just a little bit more $ on good materials, but i'm not holding my breath.
