That's rather ridiculous. Most people who choose to live in that part of town do not want to live in downtown Toronto.

Yonge Street, at a major Jewish and Persian hub, right beside the 407, right beside Langstaff SS, right beside Richmond Hill Station, YRT stop literally 1-3 minutes away, and beside $10m+ Upland homes.

Oh yes, I bought in this area for the transportation connections. It's like a mini hub: 407, Langstaff GO and subway hopefully soon.
