We have a new multi-tower community proposed by Diamondwood and Delta Urban between Highway 7 and the Markham-Stouffville Hospital on the east side of Ninth Line. The Cornell BRT Station is immediately to the east. General massing plans for the overall site, and more developed plans by Arcadis for the first three towers on one of the blocks:
