Building permits have not been issued as of yesterday. I also don't see the demolition permit for the Legion yet.
 
As at Sept 24th there is a conditional settlement in place.

Apparently one outstanding item was left to be ironed out.

As i mentioned in the 10 Dawes thread, no. This is under appeal at the Ontario Land Tribunal, with the proponents and the City working on a settlement in advance of the OLT hearing. The deal is close those, and may be ratified in November.

What do you mean, "what happened"? It's been approved, it's now up to Minto to decide when to launch. You may have noticed we've had seven consecutive rate hikes this year limiting many folks' borrowing power...
