So the people living on the No Frills side get screwed over by the view of another condo?
What fantastic current view are they going to lose?So the people living on the No Frills side get screwed over by the view of another condo?
I suppose if the condo going in next door is just a wall of washrooms or anything that does not require a window. (locker rooms etc) it will be okay, but if there are balconies, etc I would hate to have the view of someone else's suite, myself. What fantastic current view are they going to lose?
I think that's the point. What I am learning fast and quick is, invest in a condo with a view of a grave yard so nobody can look into my place and my balcony view will never be blocked.By that logic, why should anyone else deal with seeing your suite/building?
Across the street from this is Monza which if you have a south facing unit will have fantastic views which won't ever be disrupted.I think that's the point.
