Considering Core's current extreme financial turmoil, I'd say yeah, it's not happening.

There was some activity the past few days on the site. Drilling and soil sampling it seemed.

NOAC was issued here back in Jan '25

While all permits 'new build' permits are filed, none are issued or pending.

None show activity since Feb' 25.
