So for people like me who had to look this up, this is about 800 meters south of Major Mackenzie, and 250 meters north of a Viva Blue stop at Weldrick Road. Google Street View shows a Mr Lube at the address, and the rendering implies the Superior Tire and Mister Transmission are included in the development.

I like the look of this. Right along Yonge Street should be seeing more density than the side roads behind it - looks more urban that way.
 
This development has changed hands.

From City of Richmond Hill files:
In August 2019, the property was sold to the current owner, 2705785 Ontario Ltd. The current owner submitted re-applications for Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment on December 21, 2020 which were deemed complete on March 9, 2021.

The new proposal:
The revised proposal is comprised of two residential apartment buildings with heights of 19 storeys (Tower A) and 16 storeys (Tower B) that are to be connected by a five storey podium and at-grade townhouse dwelling units, with a combined total of 352 dwelling units. The proposal is also to include an attached two storey retail/commercial podium along Yonge Street which is to contain an Audi automobile sales dealership and related uses.
 
Unimaginative boxes, strikes me as oppressive.
