Proposal to construct three residential apartment buildings (26, 28 and 30 storeys) on top of a 3 storey podium. There would be 587 parking spaces for residents and 128 for visitors, for a total of 736 parking spaces. This development represents Phase 6 of the Davenport Village Secondary Plan.

According to the supporting documentation available on the city's website, there will be 1068 rental units.
4 of them will be bachelors, 761 will be 1-bedroom units, 156 will be 2-bedroom units, and 147 will be 3-bedroom units.

The height of the buildings will be 67.78m, 73.06m, and 78.64m.

No retail. Ground thermal system will be used for cooling and heating the buildings. The facade will be covered in precast and window wall.

The site is located north of the CP railway and Fuse Condos, but not along Lansdowne Avenue.
Hopefully there is no other thread for this. Thanks to @iDANIEL for finding out about this application.

It's great that they're planning to go ground thermal for heating and cooling here, so good to have some solid environmental engineering, but any use of the term "architecture" in regards to this complex's exterior would be to throw it around a bit loosely.

This has been revised to 24, 28 and 32 storeys. I found these under 940 Lansdowne on the Dev App site.

Interesting colors !
It make them look different from other glass towers.
 
I don't love the design but what about the density coming here? I am exited but worried. Can the area handle it?
