I'm completely confused by the cladding and the tiered penthouse levels. I get a 70s era apartment building vibe that has undergone a 90s era partial reclad.

It will be interesting what the 2026 Census shows with population change in this area. In 2021 there was a decline of about 1500 people with very little development. Now we are seeing several large projects opening and the zoning for sfh changing so maybe this neighbourhood will have successfully transitioned to a more dense built environment. This is a bit of a feat as many inner suburban areas in NA simply die.
