I walked by this weekend too and the only difference I could notice was that above this particular window (ground floor most northern window on the western face of the building) they have actually added the metal accent that fills in the channels between the precast brick. Hopefully my eyes weren't playing tricks on me!

Gives me hope there are more details to come and that the brise soleils will make an appearance soon. Did you happen to get a straight on shot of the west face Alex?
 
That's a refreshing variety of colour, texture, and modern architecture in sharp contrast to that soul destroying wall of grey behind it. Hopefully, they can be re-clad 20-30 years from now. Till then, perhaps attractive buildings can rise blocking them from view.
