It's been almost 2 years since the excavation started not including the shoring. Shouldn't this development be all most finishing off the two or more tower's by now? Can't wait to see it finished as seen in the box on the very top !

Wow. Didn't know that.

Wow. Didn't know that.
I went as far as page 13 to see a photo of when it started. April 1 was the first photo I've shoring machine ! And now they just started on the first and second floors as you can see in the photos today at about a year and a half now.

For a project like this, I'd expect construction to take around 4.5 to 5 years in total, maybe a little more. Factoring in any pandemic related delays, the overall width of the site, complexities of the above grade podium, along with certain elements of the unconventional tower forms. I'm interested to see how all this turns out, but it's going to take a while longer to get there.

Had a free day at home and watched the guys filling up the building's concrete foundation. Very motivating. Thank you, everyone, for building new homes for people :)

Touch wood...we might be in for a gem on this one.

Huge arsed podiums with rounded corners...and some folks want this built yesterday. No, I think it should take its time and so all parties can savor each moment, IMO.
