This sign with the building’s name always gets me. It’s supposed to hide some kind of gas fittings, and it works, *if* you stand at precisely the right angle. Otherwise..

I have been to the Bed Bath and Beyond many times but come to think of it, I never bought anything.
The Marshalls is above and I have made purchases there many times.

All of the restaurants have vacated too. Would be amazing to see them reorient / reposition the former Reds space to get a corner stair / escalator down to the below grade. Would truly transform those offerings.
