I see an elevated walkway from towers to the mall in the render, but not in the overhead plans. Assume they will have that?

We'll only get beautiful buildings if consumers demand it. We don't so they keep doing what they've been doing. Agree that it's depressing but things are better than they were 10 years ago. I try to focus on that.

So one reason for a hold-up here, and it's a good one, is that approval here came with the dreaded 'H'.

The holding by-law that makes approval conditional on certain infrastructure improvements being completed first.

In this case, upgrades to the sanitary sewer. Those upgrades are now complete; and a report to the next meeting of NYCC recommends lifting the H.
