That's different. The podium is all glass while the towers is a composition of glass and punched windows in precast

Funny, I was a bit confused by the location, unsure whether or not it's part of Phase 2 and I thought I'd reach out to @Northern Light for clarification. For sure you'd know!

Phase 2 is proposed on the site of the remaining townhomes that have yet to be torn down.
