This week was mostly "Fire Fighting" 🔥 on BELMONT HOUSE --- and 80 DALE AVE approvals, plus preparations for next week's ROMA 2025 conference at the Sheraton, which starts on Sunday afternoon -

Thanks @Northern Light ... Still 60% 1 bedroom if they i feel like they would have less issues with finding tenants if they focused on larger units, especially in this area. I could be wrong though

You're welcome and I tend to concur. A 3 bdrm at barely 800ft2 just doesn't make sense. If you look at their layout and take it on faith that it works, a 3 bdrm family (2 parents, 2 kids) can't all fit in front of the TV, which has room for 1, 3 seat couch.

Even the 2 bdrms which are comparatively more spacious deliver kitchens on only one wall with your back turned to your family/guests, which is very limited space to cook, but then on top of that, the kitchen in those 'twos' is right in the living room. You can't charge top dollar for that.
