It's hard to gauge for certain, but I think other than clean-up and taking out the ramp, the excavation has bottomed out. The plans are for 3 levels below the rear grade of the site.

I snapped this quickly while walking by earlier today. Looks like there's finally some concrete poured into the hole. Crane soon?

There is a concrete area that has been poured, but I actually don't see a crane pad... Taken today:

Concrete pouring is being done from the Bloor side, which seems odd given the parking lot at the rear would be less disruptive and I would think easier.
