Things have since melted, but it was a snowy site when I took these pics on Monday, Nov 29:

I was by this morning. With tomorrow being the shortest day of the year, it was dark out despite not being so early:

As you can see, there were a lot of dump trucks lined up and some new equipment being unloaded. Although I did not see a scoop, I think it must have been an excavator on the flatbed - to help fill up all the dump trucks. I am not sure if they are just carting away construction debris, or about to start digging down. Regardless, it seems like things are about to enter a new stage here
