Bowmanville Hospital redevelopment project - with the growth in Bowmanville and healthcare in Durham is rising, it will double its capacity and request for proposals now in place, this 5-storey hospital will be starting construction in 2026 developed by Lakeridge Health. Located on 47 Library Street South.
