Box Grove North: a proposed 24, 21, 16-storey condo and 2 & 2-storey townhouse buildings and public park development designed by Turner Fleischer Architects for TACC Developments (operating as "Boxgrove Hill Developments Inc") on the north side of Copper Creek Drive, east of Box Grove By-Pass, west of Boswell Road and south of Highway 407 in Markham's Box Grove neighbourhood.

quite an interesting development. Regarding transit, it is served by route 14 on copper creek, which runs at best 30 minutes in peak hours and only until around 7pm, with no connection to any ttc station, and no weekend service, and route 9 on boxgrove bypass, which runs even less frequently than the 14, and has no connection to steeles.
