The 120 Peter Street legacy building at the Carlyle Condominium site is being worked on - small crew on site. Given that much of the property has been temporarily rented to Graywood Developments for use as a staging area for their Peter and Adelaide project, suspect that no major developments for the Carlyle project happening soon. No advertising or marketing information posted - no 'Coming Soon' signs.

Funny enough the south building there (118 Peter) isn't part of either assembly. It's an orphan - the owner wanted silly amount of money ($7m IIRC) so both parties walked away. 120 Peter is where Carlyle's ownership starts.

Carlyle seem to be active more on the flipping side of the market lately, as seen here and the properties around 149 Bathurst, which were sold to Allied. Curious if a similar plan will be in place later for their 6 Dawes project as well.

I like this, the stylized multi-tone cladding is quite clever. Although it mellow out from afar, the details certainly pop when observed up close.
