I tried that place around a decade ago and even back then I found it a bit overpriced and on the underwhelming side.

The design of this new addition at the corner takes inspiration from 770 Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn, NY, which is the global headquarters of Chabad:

The proposed Collegiate Gothic Revival architecture looks to be of high quality. I'm looking forward to this project.
