This application proposes to amend the former City of North York Zoning By-law No. 7625 and the new City of Toronto Zoning By-law No. 569-2013 to permit a 36 storey (110.4 metres) apartment building containing 590 residential units and 330 m2 of retail/commercial space on the ground floor. The proposal would have a Floor Space Index of 2.83 times the area of the lot. Vehicular access would be from Chalkfarm Drive and the development would provide 413 vehicular and 449 bicycle parking spaces.

The new renderings are updated in the database. The total storey count dropped from 36 storeys to 32 storeys. The tower height dropped by 110.33m to 103.08m. The overall unit count reduced from 590 units to 506 units. In addition, the total parking count also increased from 413 spaces to 429 spaces.
 
This one still doesn't have a Notice of Complete Application for its SPA.

SPA docs were last resubmitted here in Sept '23

Not entirely sure what's changed here as the Cover Letter is not revelatory, so I'll let @Paclo sort that out.
 
Interesting (and needed). This used to be a tough, tough neighbourhood populated by a large immigrant population. Not sure how it is doing these days but this looks like a positive add.

new addition will be lipstick on a pig. the four existing buildings are still crawling with mice, bed bugs and cockroaches. been like this since 1977 when relatively new. (in that year i rented a 2br at 180 chalkfarm dr #1902 for a year)
