What else do we need to see on the floors that actually have a floor right now before cladding is installed?

Few more floors of steel framing would be my guess based on what happened at BAE. The lower 2/3 levels are structural curtain wall which typically comes after.
 
Hi, everyone. I'm new here and kind of a new fan of skyscrapers. Especially the ones going up here in our awesome city which I'm now calling "Crane City". I love this project and not only is it well designed and tall and exciting, but it'll really improve our skyline as well. :)

Wow....nice to see the 1st column in place for the expanded lobby which from the renderings extends almost to Bay St. This building is going to be a real stunner.

Concrete topping on a couple of the floors, then the edge brackets to attach the units followed a little while later by the unitised glazing itself.

It still looks a little ways off to my eye.
