Yes, but you can’t build parks OR build over/deck over anything in T.O., because some people lose their minds here.

A friend of mine lives in a unit with this gorgeous west-facing view. A crispy tallboy on that balcony at sunset is now one my favorite summer activities

I imagine it'd be similar with residents of Artistry Condos who get a good view of Artists' Alley and the skyline to the south, while some residents of Artists' Alley with a northwestern view have to face Artistry.

These are a rare example of towers that turned out better than their renderings in my opinion. Those almost looked painted into the sky above Union Station!
