they are a good investment. + im not sure but ive heard from some people that quality of the condos is pretty good. anyone who actually live in Concord built condos can shine some light on the matter.
It would have to be yes… although Concord would have room to change some items that wouldn't "materially affect their unit" (IIRC the wording in such contracts). That could mean changes to the exterior: it's hard to prove how such changes affect the units. So… who knows at this point?If buyers are keeping existing contracts does that mean the architecture here will be left unchanged?
Received letter from YSL, concord take over this project, every buyer keep their contract. Expect finish time is 2026. Today has workers working on site
