I think from what I can read they are trying to raise the high of the podium. Not sure building height looks to still be the same

I am glad that a wide range of institutional uses is being contemplated. I have a dream of Toronto getting an outpost of the Danish Design Centre.

Condos went from 1,106 to 1,423. That's a big increase. I guess height will change. No?
