Wonder when we will next see a crane on this Aspen Ridge Crosstown site? Lily is the next tower but is a mid rise, who knows when it will actually start construction.

The first people to move in here will be literally surrounded by construction sites.
These are going to be the most ghastly townhomes ever built.

The architects were pushing hard to try and outdo Amsterdam Towns on the amount of design materials to cram in here.

No opinion on the look of this but I will add that it will go a long way to making this a complete 15 minute neighbourhood, provide badly needed small-scale retail (café) and street trees.
