Located on the eastern portion of the Danforth, between Woodbine & Main St. Quick search reveals this site was originally an auto body shop that was on fire. Info regarding sale here.

A modest infill building like Carmelina would go well here.

Nice infill, an Avenues-style building. A public meeting was scheduled for after the final report. Does anyone know the status. Is it supported by the ward councillor?
 
Nice building but I have to agree on the retail facade... looks pretty lifeless and curiously old-school. Is it the relative paucity of glass or its uniform flatness? The rest of the building seems nicely massed and sculpted.
