To be honest, unless the balcony glass is going to look like anything from the ones at Massey Condos, Harbour Plaza or 1 Bloor East (which wont be the case) I think we already know what this thing is going to end up turning out like. I feel like this just serves as the cherry on the top of what Humber Bay has become.

It's landmark project. Wait until it's done.

The part of the building fronting onto Lake Shore seems so odd. Other than that, I like it. It's like they were told, this building needs to be at grade/street level, so they added a random box to an already rendered /drawn up building.

It is almost as if commercial and residential uses have different needs.

I like that more projects these days paint the ceilings of balconies. It actually makes a big difference.

Apparently a "Fran's" restaurant is opening in the retail portion, and that most of the other retail has been leased/secured. Not sure what else is going in.
