They're still tinkering around? The city approved the plan in 2014 after a long, bitter battle. You'd think they'd want to start ASAP. So sick of waiting for this to get going.

Well this is....uninspiring. You would think Tridel would know how to knock it out of the park on a more consistent basis, enough with the hit or miss stuff.

A jumbled, dated mess, but at least it has street fronting retail and brings urbanism to the area. Bring on phase 1 of Humbertown's makeover. They better have kept the Humberline for the subsequent phases...

It's safe but refined. All in all pretty solid considering it's coming from Kirkor. This location isn't screaming for signature - something like this is the correct response. There may be some details that need to be finessed, but it's a solid effort.

Slightly jumbled, but mostly a highly articulated building to break down its apparent bulk somewhat, and with colour, and brick framing around punched windows, and it even looks like curtain wall up top. For the staid Kingsway, this is pretty decent.

The Bulk Barn has closed and is being gutted. Demolition imminent.

A new LCBO will be opening next to the existing Loblaws in the main plaza in March 2020, allowing the current location to be razed.

Looks like a spring construction start for this phase, 9 years after it was first proposed...
