They removed the las excavator today as it was sitting on the trailer and the large mobile crane was placing containers onto another trailer.

It taken them a long time to get 2 floors for the west tower built and pour as though they had no permits to go above grade. Some real larger duct banks on the westside of the west tower and not sure if it for this tower or all 4 towers. By year end, the first tower should be top off.

At this rate, do you think tower 2 will finish by summer 2022?

Yes, but not for move end.

You may see it at grade by June and top off 41 weeks later

By grade do you mean at ground level for June 2021 and then at top off 41 weeks later?
yes.

Once at grade, thing go fasters depending the the floor slab that normal take a week to do.

Is it possible after tower 1 is complete, the crane for tower 1 could be used to help Tower 2 out along with tower 2s own crane, to speed up the process?

Even if the sweep of the boom reached the next tower, it would be highly unusual to use a crane positioned in the middle of one tower to be used for an adjacent one: the further from the crane's mast a load is hoisted, the less the crane can carry.

What does sweep of the boom mean? Also if that is the case, wouldn't it make more sense to set up the crane between towers instead of in the middle of each tower? That way the cranes can properly reach 2 towers each, and only 2 cranes needed for 3 towers.

Sweep: move swiftly and smoothly

They are putting the concrete railing support for the 3rd floor to allow the main tower to step back the podium size.
