Just tall enough to see from the north side of Square One:

There are 37 floors total. The elevator will go up to 35 because floor 4 and 13 will not be displayed.

My unit is floor 37 and there will be no higher floors. Just mech. Was confirmed with Solmar last week.

Unit numbers will start with 37 although they are technically on 35th floor.
Looks like they're forming yet another floor. If my count is accurate this next one is the 38th!

Most likely the mechanical floor or 2.

UT doesn't count mechanical floor in their numbers.

Have never seen or heard there was to be more than 35 floors + Mech.

Are we going to see the same thing on the other 2 towers?? Have no issues with more floors.

Looks like this model is manifesting itself into reality:
Here's a picture I took at their sales centre about 18 months ago. Not sure how accurate it is, but if it's anything to go by we can expect a few more floors (topping off at 40??)View attachment 383657

April 5th
Didn't have much dwell time at the site since I burned some battery over Exchange district and had a headwind for the way back. Hopefully I can revisit soon and also photograph the second tower.

Lot more up on site.

Those who live on the 34th to 37th for the north and south side will have a view for the next 20 years before their is block by another building that is taller than theirs. The east view will be lost next year when T2 blocks their view. The west should never see a tower blocking their view

I took this from Rathburn yesterday. The building certainly adds more good texture to the skyline, it's a good contrast from the more monotomous glass/spandrel clad structures we've seen going up in recemt years. I just wish one of these buildings would hsve retail.
