I commend them on the use of colour, but it's hard to grasp an overall theme for the facade in terms of geometry.

This is the scale of residential that is missing in Toronto. I would like to see more of this scale. I want to downsize but do not want to live in a 30 story building in the core but in the periphery of the core... there is not much choice for low rise medium density.

I used to venture into that Cash and Carry many many years ago with my father. For a youngster, all those sweets at cheap prices was mouth watering.

I like the size of it, not so crazy about the design but it's not terrible either. Maybe it's changed, but I'd be happier to see more 3 bedroom units.
