Awesome development for this neighbourhood. I can imagine a lot of university students will end up in here. 10-15 minute bike ride to both U Waterloo and Laurier campuses, downtown Waterloo, and The Boardwalk retail area/mall. The site is currently a handful of 2-3 storey rental buildings.
